As the colors in the trees slowly begin to change, I’m looking back on the colorful moments this summer. I hope you too enjoyed a full and beautiful season.

August was a special time for me. I had the joy of guiding several people into Mantra Meditation, both in group courses and private sessions. I’m grateful to share this precious tool – one that continues to nourish and fulfil my own life so deeply every day.

Embedded within this time was our annual art retreat “Your Soul in Color”.
Like every year, the retreat was so rich and heart-opening. I love giving each one a different theme, so it is always fresh and unique. And this time, it truly could not have been more colorful. Each day we explored a different color, until we turned into the rainbow ourselves.

I’m happy to share some colorful glimpses of this magical time!

Every morning, we gathered in the tent for meditation, vision and deep authentic sharing – attuning to our hearts, to each other and to our greater potential.

There are these moments of goosebumps – when someone cracks open, moving from fear and insecurity into an honest, vulnerable sharing, and the whole group goes into resonance. We are all on a similar journey – becoming who we truly are. And it is so powerful to have a container like this – a retreat, a safe space – that lets us leave the world behind and simply be. A time to shine in our unique colors. To create, to laugh, to love.

Before every retreat, I’m curious what will unfold on the empty canvases and within the group – and I’m always amazed by what comes to life. Half of the group had never painted before, and together we become more alive, more free, more courageous. Look at those gems!

I’m grateful for these gatherings, for they let us meet ourselves and each other in the deepest way. And I’m already looking forward to the next one.
