Jeder Morgen beginnt mit einem Kreis in unserem gemütlichen kleinen Tempelraum im Dachgeschoss. Das Programm wird sich spontan an die Bedürfnisse der Gruppe anpassen und kann Aktivitäten wie geführte Meditation, Visualisierungstechniken, kreatives Schreiben und authentisches Mitteilen umfassen.
Wir verbinden uns mit den Wünschen unseres Herzens, die in uns wachsen und erblühen wollen. Wir werden zu Schatztauchern auf der Suche nach den Bildern aus den Tiefen unserer Seele, die uns erheben und dazu inspirieren, mutig unserem einzigartigen Seelenweg zu folgen.
Beim Seelenmalen nähern wir uns dem Malprozess intuitiv. Wir lassen die Bilder aus sich selbst heraus entstehen.
Seelenmalen bietet einen Raum, um mit allem was sich im Moment in dir zeigt und bewegt, ganz präsent zu sein. „Zulassen und loslassen“ ist dabei eine hilfreiche Einstellung. Indem wir Vorstellungen darüber, wie wir selbst und das Bild sein sollten, loslassen und das Unerwartete Neue zulassen, öffnen wir uns für Transformation und Wunder.
Das Bild ist auch ein Raum für Wunder und kann sich mit und durch unsere Erkenntnisse immer wieder verändern.
Durch verschiedene Übungen entstehen spontane, intuitive Bilder. Diese können als Skizzen für unser Hauptmalprojekt dienen, das in Ölfarbe ausgeführt werden kann.
Wir lernen die Kunstmaterialien und Grundprinzipien der Ölmalerei kennen.
Der Kurs ist sowohl für Anfänger als auch für erfahrene Künstler geeignet. Es sind keine künstlerischen Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Du wirst liebevoll und achtsam durch die einzigartige Entstehung deines Kunstwerks begleitet.
Es ist wirklich nicht nötig, besondere Talente mitzubringen. Das Einzige, was zählt, ist, dass es dir Spaß macht, das zu erkunden, was in dir steckt!

Die Anreise ist am 8.5.2024, ab 15 Uhr möglich.
Wir beginnen den Kurs mit einem gemeinsamen Abendessen um 18 Uhr und einem anschließenden Willkommenskreis.
Den Abschluss des Kurses bildet das gemeinsame Mittagessen am Sonntag, ca. 13 Uhr.

Every morning begins with a circle in our cozy little temple space in the attic. The program will unfold spontaneously to the needs of the group and may include activities such as guided meditation, visualization techniques, creative writing and authentic sharing.
We connect with our heart's wishes that want to grow and blossom within us. We become like treasure divers looking for the images from the depths of our souls that elevate and inspire us to courageously follow our unique soul path.
In guided vision journeys we connect with our soul images, which enliven us from within and inspire the painting process.
In soul painting, we approach the painting process intuitively. We let the images emerge by themselves.
Soul painting offers a space to be completely present with everything that is currently moving through you. "Allow and let go" is a helpful attitude. By letting go of ideas about how something we ourselves and the painting should be and allowing the unexpected new, we open ourselves to transformation and miracles.
REFLECTION PROCESS
After the painting process, there will be the opportunity to explore the artworks in regards to the personal meaning they have for us. The image is a mirror for the inner processes of our soul. We learn to understand our images better and use them as a key to self-realization.
The image is also a space for miracles and can continue to change with and through our insights.
MAIN PAINTING PROJECT
Spontaneous, intuitive images will emerge from various exercises. These may serve as sketches for our main painting project, which we will work out more finely. Oil paints or gouache paints are recommended for this purpose.
We will learn about the art materials and basic principles of oil painting.
The course is suitable for both beginning and seasoned artists. No previous artistic knowledge is required. You will be individually guided step by step through the unique creation of your artwork.
There is really no need to bring any special talent. The only thing that matters is that you enjoy exploring what is inside of you!
The seminar takes place at the Brunnbachschule in the Kalkalpen National Park. In a beautiful and quiet location, with numerous hiking opportunities right in front of the house, the seminar location offers an ideal place for inspiration and relaxation.
