THROUGH CHRIST
Painted with egg tempera and oil on a traditional ikon panel, this small painting serves as an altar piece for devotion towards Christ and Mother Mary.
I painted this piece after returning from a trip to Lourdes in 2018. Touched by the beauty, love and holiness of this place, I felt drawn to capture this vision.
Christ gets born through the extraordinary purity and devotion of Mother Mary. And Mother Mary blesses, heals and loves through the great glory, power and love of Christ.
May peace rule within us and among our families. May the light shine bright within our hearts and may our minds be unified in love and spaciousness. Halleluja!
